Perlman Clinic Mission Valley

The clinic got me in just a few hours after I called. The wait time was quick, and the person I saw was kind and really listened. The only problem is that the parking is so limited- I fortunately got dropped off, but there are only a few spaces and the next couple patients that came in were really upset. It would be good if it posted on the website that parking is extremely limited.

Great experience. The person at the front desk was wonderful at helping me navigate insurance issues and when I was finally able to see the NP, her and the nurse who also assisted during the appointment were thorough, professional, and understanding. Great office and I was able to switch them to be my primary care providers. Highly recommend!

Perlman Clinic Mission Valley provided an excellent experience during my first visit there. Nurses and staff were all very friendly and went above and beyond in the check in and vitals process. Dr Raymond Herr did an amazing job going through health items and taking the time to ask questions and listen to concerns. Overall staff did an excellent job making the experience one of the best I've had for an annual check in ever. They are also able to do blood draws at this clinic, which is very convenient. Do be aware the easiest parking is around the backside of the complex, from which you can walk around to the clinic door

Had my annual follow up appointment today with Allison Underwood , PA. She went over my lab results quite thoroughly. Since she still had some questions on the results of my labs she put in for more lab work. Her thoroughness is greatly appreciated! Thank you Allison! Looking forward to my next appointment.

One of your doctors had such a power trip in the parking lot today it was crazy! The parking spaces outside this facility are tiny enough as it is, the car next to me was parked on the line, forcing me to also need to park on the line to take out my baby in the back seat. Well as I was going to pull out to leave ,Mr. white coat with Perlman clinic written on the coat driving a blue Tesla decides to park in that particular spot next to me and made it a point to park equally close to me causing me not to not be able to leave the spot without hitting his vehicle. (There was several other spaces to park at mind you) though I truly believe he thought I wasn’t in my vehicle because it was very obvious he parked there to make it a point that I was close to the line which would cause me to not be able to get into my vehicle if I was not in it. So he gets out of his vehicle and I rolled down my window to tell him if he can move so I could get out and the man goes off and says look at your vehicle and look at mine you’re in the wrong and I’m the one parked right, aggressively. So immediately I too get offensive because it’s neither here nor there on who is right or wrong the bottom line is you need to move or I will hit your vehicle backing out. Also you didn’t have to park there if you knew I was parked wrong. But he could not take that, 5 minutes of him arguing that he is right and is refusing to move. It wasn’t until an older gentleman came to yell at him too that the parking spots are tiny and there’s no way I would have been able to take out a child from vehicle with how the other vehicle was parked. I could not imagine having an altercation like that with someone while you are parked in the first parking spot of your clinic and risking the possibility of that being your patient. If that was my doctor walking into the room after he had such a power trip in the parking lot with me, I would not want you anywhere near me or my child, my trust in you with our health would have been left in that parking lot.
