We first met Isaiah from Pella at their showroom. He was generous with his time, informative, and walked us through all of the available options. We left feeling confident, supported, and clear-eyed about what would work best for our home. He later followed up with a home visit, carefully measured all of our existing windows, reviewed the options again, and discussed pricing in detail. Our home has a lot of windows, 15 or 16 total, including large picture windows, a few sliders, and a casement, so we were able to get a broad sense of Pella’s offerings across different types and sizes. The pricing was also lower than we expected for a high-end fiberglass product rather than vinyl. Overall, this has been a very positive experience.

I had a great first experience speaking with Isaiah and Vennie from Pella. Even in just one conversation, they were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. They took the time to understand my project, clearly explained the different window options, and answered all of my questions in a way that felt informative and never pushy. What really stood out was how approachable and customer-focused they were. They made the process feel simple and straightforward and left me feeling confident about next steps. If my initial experience is any indication, Isaiah and Vennie are fantastic representatives for Pella. I’d absolutely recommend connecting with them if you’re considering new windows.

For start to finish the experience with Pella has been great. Tyler, sales rep, was professional and knowledgeable, not pushy, and fair. Ren did a nice job with rescheduling and keeping us informed. The installation crew, Will, John, and Robert, did a great job, worked hard all day, and were diligent about cleaning up after themselves. Tarps were used inside to make sure the carpet didn’t getting dirty or damaged during the installation of the sliding doors. The glass was thoroughly cleaned when the job was done. Additionally, during the installation, a field supervisor came in check on the work and see if there were any issues.

I had an excellent experience with Pella - they were one of four options I considered and all aspects of the products, pricing, and sales process were superior. The rep, Chase, was timely, well spoken, fun and responsive to my specific questions. The first visit didn't feel like a sales pitch, at all. Rather, he came to tell me about the product, not 'sell' it to me. When I told him I had three other estimates, he didn't blink - he expressed gentle confidence that the style and value of Pella would be apparent and he would talk to me again. After seeing the options from the other companies, the Pella configurations and easy financing terms were the best option. I got custom wood stain, matching exterior color, and a style I wanted for a close price to the a well-known competitors that offered fewer customizations. I would also like to note that Pella had a technician out to my house for measurements with a couple days, and got the fabrication started quickly, compared to Marvin who was scheduling out a couple weeks for measurements and months for fabrication. Jon and Chad followed up after installation with a small adjustment and were so personable - recalling small details from the visit a month before. All in all, a first-class experience. (I note that the Pella approach was in stark contrast to Universal Windows and Doors which, although personable, made an unwanted sales pitch and had high-pressure sales for a product that didn't really match what I was seeking. Their pricing started way higher but was negotiated (ug) down to slightly lower but required immediate acceptance, with no time to think about it. I resent that experience.)

We are within our warranty period and required review of all windows and doors. Silas and John were excellent to work with! Great disposition and both took the time to show us how to maintain every door and window. They were thorough in their review of and worked to make sure everything was working as it should.
