HEGG Windows & Doors

We hired Hegg to do a full window installation of our house. I just cannot say enough great things about the entire process. Dave was the sales rep, and he was truly incredible and truly the reason why we ended up choosing Hegg. The process once we placed the order did take a couple of months, but Hegg did a wonderful job of keeping us up to date on the process. I want to give a special shout out to Madi who did all of the communication throughout the process. She was so friendly and kept us in the know every step of the way. The crew we had out also did incredible work. The weather was not ideal, but they made the best of it and just did a phenomenal job. Lastly, Virginia came out to complete our quality check, and she was also so friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone we dealt with was punctual and friendly and just extremely good at their job. I can't thank everyone at Hegg enough.

We had a great experience with HEGG Windows & Doors! The installation went smoothly, the crew was professional and respectful of our home, and they were incredibly sweet with our dog while they were here. It meant a lot to us. The windows look great and the temperature throughout the whole house has never been so consistent! Highly recommend!

Hegg did an excellent job from start to finish. We first met with David, the salesperson, who was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. We then were kept updated about the install timeline by Madi, the customer service representative. Finally, our windows were installed by Calvin and Chris. They were absolutely wonderful and did a fantastic job! If you are considering windows, ask for them to be your install crew. I expect them to be back in our neighborhood as Hegg had a perfect match to the existing oak that we currently have. The other two companies that we met with did not have a match that was close. I highly recommend Hegg! Now we need to paint the garage door. LOL

We used Hegg Windows to replace our windows and doors in our 45 year old home. We wanted wood on the inside and went with Marvin Elevate windows. Hegg was great at matching all the various stains and paint colors we had throughout the house. The doors we chose were ProVia. They look great. Justin was our contact at Hegg. He was always available when we had questions/concerns. Justin made the process as easy as possible. Our installers were great also. They worked around our schedule and made the install as painless as possible. We were so impressed with Hegg that we are using them on a second big project at our lake house. Of course we are using Justin to head the project up! We couldn't be happier with Hegg Windows and doors and would highly recommend.

HEGG did an absolutely spectacular job helping to update the look of our house from a more traditional front door and windows (they replaced front door and installed 8 windows). They did a fantastic job communicating with us from start to finish, were highly professional, and listened to our ideas/concerns without pressuring us into anything.
