Ran into an emergency where I needed broken glass replaced same day on a Saturday. They made it happen and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!

I live in the Chillicothe area and needed window service in Waverly. I had been waiting over three months for a local glass shop in Chilli to get to me. It was time to move on, I needed my repair completed. I recently reached out to multiple glass repair companies. Newview was by far the quickest to respond. Price seemed reasonable so I scheduled. Dustin came out today, was polite, clean, and thorough. Project done as scheduled and as quoted. Highly recommend!!!!

We had Daniel come out today to install permanent lights for us. You got it done timely manner and was very reasonably priced. We couldn't be happier with him and the work he did. Thank you Daniel for all your hard work we really appreciate it and love the lights.

I am not a person who writes reviews, but I felt that yesterday’s service call deserved this review. I called New View Window and Door, as I had an emergency situation with a window, Randy tried to assist me over the phone, which in and of itself was very kind. I still could not remedy the situation, so I called Randy back, and he said he would send someone over to assist me. Well come to find out, it was Randy himself that showed up to fix my window, AND, not only that, he went above and beyond and fixed my other window when I had a question about it as well. He did not even hesitate, blink, or question it. He knew exactly what it was, and fixed it within minutes! I have Champion windows and have been trying for 8 months to get someone to come out, for some other issues, and it is a joke. No return calls, no nothing, only voicemail. New View KNOWS their business, obviously, I was completely impressed. I HIGHLY recommend this company, they were amazing, professional, kind, so many things that are truly appreciated. They treat their customers like so much more than that, they care. Thank you Randy, you went above and beyond and it was truly appreciated.

This service is incredible! Dustin, the technician, was on time. The removal of the glass was very professionally performed. Work was done very neatly. Window was replaced the same day as promised. The cost savings by just replacing the glass and not a new window was huge. New View Windows was a great choice. I would highly recommend them!
