Very happy with our window installs. Todd from sales was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and understanding with changes we were making right up to the point of ordering. After multiple quotes, McCloud had the best prices without sacrificing quality. Installation was done by Brad and Brad. I can’t say enough good things about those guys. Always cheerful, seemed to enjoy what they were doing. I was impressed by how efficient they were. Thanks again, we love the windows.

My wife and I are very happy we chose McCloud windows. Our sales rep Aaron was very informative and professional. The installation crew worked so efficiently and professionally. We replaced 18 windows and the crew took 2 days to complete the job. Our windows were over 30 years old, the seals were broken, some wouldn’t even open, and 1 window was in such poor condition it almost fell out. We are so please that our house is warmer and we can now open and close haha:) and excited to save on our energy bills.

From the salesman to the installation crew nothing but professional. They all did an outstanding job. Cannot say enough on how good of a job they did. So pleased with how everything turned out. Great windows for an amazing price. We could notice the difference in the heat retention within hours of installation. And the noticeable difference in the noise from outside was drastic. The whole process with McCloud windows was amazing from start to finish. Todd our sales guy answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with everything start to end. Brad and little Brad came in and installed the 17 windows (double hung and triple pane) and a new sliding door with safety lock. The clean up was like they weren’t even here (which was huge for me with 3 dogs who love to eat anything they find on the ground) I can already feel a difference in the house. We are so pleased and glad we went with McCloud! You will not be disappointed in this purchase!
