Bruce was easy to work with Kitchen Cabinet fixed and repaired fast highly reccomend this company.

In this terribly Siberian-like weather, I called PA Home Services and told them the pipes had frozen, and had no water. (I had called a company in Pennsburg before I found PA Home Services that stated they don’t work in crawlspaces.)!! I explained to Bruce the owner that it was a little old cabin in Greenlane Park and it’s a crawlspace that someone will have to lay on their back the whole time to take out the old insulation and wrap and insulate the pipes.Bruce assured me immediately that he his guys were not afraid to get dirty and hewould have someone out there in a couple days. He is a wonderful communicator and let me know exactly what’s going on. I did buy the materials that he told me to get, but he did not then charge me again for them as someone else’s review stated. Bruce had his guys come out Saturday morning to accommodate my schedule, and put heat wire on the pipes and insulate them. The guy had to lay on his back and work 3 feet above his head in this freezing weather!They did a really good job and I thank them so much for coming out so quickly and doing a good job! Thank you again guys sure do appreciate it!

I'm so happy with the work Bruce and his workers did for me .They fixed my porch overhang. the price was very reasonable. Bruce let me pay in 3 payments. the work was done in a little over a week because of bad weather. Bruce was very knowledgeable and respectful. I will recommend him to anyone who needs a good contractor. if you need a reliable,trustworthy, and honest company call PA Home Services!

I was very satisfied and excited with the work done from Bruce and his workers! (They even cleaned up after they were done!!) Bruce kept me informed and talked to me about the different things that needed to be done, he was prompt to work and flexible for my schedule. They remodeled my half a bathroom, installed a doggy door for my pups and made me a utility closet! I would definitely use them again in the near future!

Update: The worst business decision I have made finding Bruce on craigslist to rehab the property in Collingdale. He did not meet the deadline as signed in the contract and took $2775 for a stack repair and for a lousy job that you see on the pictures and he claims that I am a competitor filing a false claim. Yes, I am an investor and I will make sure that all the other real state investors know what kind of business you run. Zero stars if I could. Based on the reviews I have seen online his strategy is to intimidate clients by talking fast, yelling and cursing. He charged $2775 for repairing a stack, and the jobs you see on the pictures. The concrete had to be removed per request from the borough. He used thinset for tiles to do a sidewalk. He would not meet the deadline. Even after giving him 1 more day he send one man with no tools and no material. He would also tell you to go and pickup material and charge you hundreds of $$$. Bad, business practice, I don't even know how this guy is still in business.
