She is professional, engaging and an overall pleasue to communicate with. Always a great environment - pleasant people, comfortable waiting area, and generally always on time appointments. The care and concern shown by the providers - you don’t feel like they are watching the clock and trying to answer only one question when arrived - they take their time, answer all your questions and show genuine concern to your issues. Happy with One Medical.

This is a great doctor’s office. There’s never much of a wait to see your provider. If your appointment is at 1, you’re talking to your provider within 5 minutes of 1. And you get to talk to them for as long as you want. You’re not being pushed out like at other places.

From the moment I stepped into this clinic, I was met with unfriendliness and a lack of professionalism. At check-in, I was greeted with a curt “Can I help you?” while I overheard the same staff member warmly welcoming other patients, even wishing them happy belated birthdays; something I did not receive as a new patient whose birthday recently passed. Meanwhile, the second check-in attendant spoke so loudly with two patients that I could hardly hear myself think, laughing and chatting while I sat waiting. I waited 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment time with no communication or updates. When I approached the desk to confirm my appointment, I was met with attitude for even asking. When I inquired whether my provider was running late, the staff member admitted she didn’t know and hadn’t checked. Only after I pressed further did she leave, return, and flatly state, “she’s running behind,” with no apology or explanation. After another 10 minutes of waiting with still no sign of the provider, I requested to reschedule. It was only then that the provider appeared, whispered to the staff, and I was told, “your provider is here” again, with no acknowledgment of the delay or my time wasted. The entire experience, from the dismissive check-in process to the unprofessional atmosphere to the lack of communication, left me with zero confidence in the quality of care this clinic provides. If this is how a new patient is treated during their very first visit, I can’t imagine what ongoing care would look like.

Great first visit! I was simply unable to get an appointment after being out of the DMV area for four years. One Medical was recommended by another provider and I was able to get in almost the next day. Had sort of a spa feel in the waiting room — very chill with nice staff and none of the usual hassles. The PA went over everything thoroughly; I was able to do lab work in-office immediately after; and then the PA contacted me through the app three days later to go through the results. My wife has now signed up based on this experience.
