It's been an extended period of time since I last spoke with a primary care provider, so I was a little nervous heading into the appointment. Those nerves were squashed quite quickly. Dr. Jaclyn Hastings has a great bedside manner; she's very personable, knowledgeable, attentive when listening, and thorough in her differential diagnosis. Additionally, her professionalism and charisma made me feel comfortable to ask questions that I was otherwise uncomfortable expressing. Overall, my visit with Dr. Hastings was excellent, and I am happy that she is my new Primary Care Provider.

I just recently moved to Boston and my first visit as an international student was incredible! The staff was very polite and Dr David was very kind, professional and answered all of my questions. I am very happy with the medical attention provided :)!

Dr. Jaclyn Hastings my PCP has singlehandedly transformed my health. If you are looking for someone who actually listens to you, coming to your appointments with fact and research, and is willing to go the distance to get you where you want to be, look no further. Love One Medical as a service also and have been a member since 2017.

I enjoy dealing with my health needs on the One Health portal. It's easy to set up appointments and to modify them, if necessary. Receiving lab results is great. They come so quickly! A great experience and my Doc is awesome.

My PCP (Dr.D) recently moved over to One Medical, and since I've been with him for over a decade, I decided to follow (the Seaport parking situation was well worth it). I was skeptical at first with the modernness and Amazon affiliation, but the transition has been seamless. It's super convenient and helpful using the app, and responses come fast (all the medical staff at the office can reply) with virtual visit capabilities. They even helped import my medical records from my old practice. When I finally went to the office in person, it was a very clean, modern, and updated. It seems like a laid back environment where employees and patients go by their first names (no "Dr."). For the first time in years, my bp was not elevated due to 'white coat syndrome.' Highly recommend!
