The physician was very good. She is clearly very competent. I would highly recommend her. However, the people at the lab were a study in incompetence. Ii brought in a stool sample, and they accepted it. An hour later, I received a call indicating that it couldn't be sent to the lab because I needed their own equipment to send in the stool. Why didn't they tell me that to begin with??? They also told me that it would take 7 days to get the results. That's absurd. I finally went to UNC Urgent Care. I got the results in one day.

Dr. Katie Notaro, was amazing. She took the time to explain all about the different medication I’m on (which no Dr. before has done) in great detail. She saw me on a minute notice and took her time in getting to know me and my many issues. I never felt rushed or like “just another patient”. I definitely will be using her as my primary from now on.

PA Godwin-Tart is great and this office is convenient and well run. I feel confident with this medical provider and think that this model of medical services is off to a great start with a very promising future. If you're looking for a change from the inefficiencies related to other doctor's offices, this is definitely worth exploring.

Dr Notaro is the best doctor I've ever had, and I'm so glad I found her and One Medical. Being fairly new to North Carolina, I was really disappointed in the quality of health care in this area. I tried several clinics and doctors (including WakeMed and Duke). Now that I found Dr Notaro, I have had the best experiences with managing my health care. I can make same-day in-person or video appointments, video chat with my own doctor while I'm traveling, and send her messages for quick responses to questions directly from her. The OneMedical clinics are beautiful and well-managed, with really friendly and helpful support people. And Dr Notaro is very diligent in trying to resolve my health problems, responds quickly, gives great advice and care, and makes me feel like she is my partner in helping to manage my health. I don't think I have had this level of quality in my health care ever before in my life, even in areas of the country known for high quality healthcare. I am very thankful to have found her.

I really appreciated her patience, attentiveness, and friendly attitude. It’s hard to find doctors that you can feel safe and comfortable with - but Abby made it easy. Thank you!
