The location was very nice and clean. The staff was amazing from the front desk to the lab tech. I was able to be checked in and seen in a timely manner. The provider (ms dace) was very professional and has good bedside manners. Would recommend this location to anyone

I’ve had a great experience at One Medical. My provider is very thorough, takes her time to get to know me, and walk through my treatment plan and explain things in an understandable way. The front desk welcomed me warmly and got me checked in promptly. The lab team were also friendly and efficient. The option for virtual follow ups/care is also super convenient. I highly recommend One Medical!

I’m new to Atlanta and had yet to establish care. I came here for a medical concern and had the best experience. From Shon at the front desk to the NP Ramanda Dace, to the amazing lab tech who did my labs, everyone was so knowledgeable, kind and encouraging. I don’t currently have health insurance and will self-pay, and they went above and beyond to provide me resources and options to assist with this so I don’t go without care. Can’t recommend this location enough!

Love the staff here! Ramanda is so kind and makes the appointment easy and comfortable. Star is amazing at blood draws! I’m afraid of getting my blood taken, and she’s quick, gentle, and always puts me at ease. The whole team is friendly and kind, which makes every visit a great experience.

I guess no one will say they enjoy visiting their doctors but this visit here was wonderful. Dr Amy was super professional and easy to talk to and Stearr who helped me with my blood work was amazing. It's not easy to find my veins, yet she found it in one go and it was great to NOT have to go through multiple attempts!! I highly recommend this One Medical location!
