I love everything about One Medical, starting with my amazing doctor, Nili Azar. If the doctor's not available there are so many alternative ways to get assistance - virtual care, communication through the app, and many more. And the staff is always pleasant, which I consider a sign of good corporate culture. To be honest, considering that One Medical is growing nationwide, and even has a deal with Amazon.com, I am surprised that they are still able to give personalized, thorough and caring service. We've come to expect much less from large corporations. I have been a One Medical patient for several years and they haven't disappointed me yet. Dr. Elle Ross, DO, PhD is the kind of physician every patient hopes to find. She did not rush, dismiss, or minimize anything—instead, she thoughtfully evaluated my situation and made the right referral at the right time. That decision changed the course of my health journey in the best possible way. What stands out most about Dr. Ross is her judgment, professionalism, and commitment to patient-centered care. She combines deep knowledge with a calm, reassuring presence that builds real trust. Because of her guidance, I gained clarity, confidence, and peace of mind after a long period of uncertainty. Going into this Christmas feeling healthy, informed, and hopeful is something I directly credit to Dr. Ross. I carry a deep sense of gratitude that goes far beyond a routine doctor visit—it feels like a gift of reassurance and renewed joy in life. One Medical is an excellent place - been going there since they first opened. They take you at your appointment time (no waiting forever) they have a fantastic lab and their doctors are top notch! All around...great experience!

It’s a shame to see one medical go downhill after the acquisition. We’ve been patients and clients since their inception in San Francisco. But I guess this is to be expected. The provider I saw at the Biltmore location didn’t seem “all there”. She never responded directly to any information I provided. She asked questions and listened only to the first few second of an answer before moving on to another question. She had eccentric ramblings that didn’t make sense in the context of our conversation. This is not partnership based medicine. It’s charge the insurance company as fast as possible refer to someone else and move on. Don’t get me started on the apps urgent care function. The young kids staffing the phones give out wildly inaccurate information and talk to everyone like they’ve been gifted with some kind of infallible information. It’s big medicine at its worst.
