I’ve been meeting with Dr Cohen for a few months now and he is hands down the most thorough doctor I’ve ever had. He listens to my concerns and presents me with the solutions to any challenges I’m having as well as how I can improve elsewhere in my health. I highly recommend him and One Medical

Horribly dishonest prices. Unless you want to pay $100/minute, like the surprise bill I received, do not go to One Medical. Fraudulent coding (code 99203) is their norm. Ask ChatGPT. Edit: Several weeks ago I reached out to the feedback email you provided, only to have no response.

Have been very pleased with my PCP as well as how she and the clinical team work together with the administrative team. Quite disappointed that she is leaving One Medical! Trust the next individual will be as good...

The 1 Vanderbilt office is beautiful and all the employees were welcoming and helpful. I was seen on schedule and my PA George was knowledgeable and helped me with a treatment plan and referral to a specialist. Highly recommend this practice. It’s easy to schedule appointments and well run.

I can't say enough good things about my experiences with One Medical over the last 5 years. I had an excellent primary who sadly is moving to Chicago, but I believe I have found another good one at the One Vanderbilt office. Why am I so happy: Whatever can be done remotely is done that way. Whenever immediate action is needed, it's there, e.g., (1) my diagnosis and treatment planning at 8:30 on Saturday morning for a case of Shingles, (2) the nurse practitioner who in minutes confirmed that I needed emergency attention when I banged my head on the pavement and then not only told where to go, but also asked the right questions to determine that it would be safe for a family member to drive me there. This is modern care that's pleasant, expert and efficient.
