Unable to have a checkup appointment here without using an Amazon One Medical account. Which is an additional fee on top of insurance, co pay etc. Not falling for the scam and having my personal data at risk. Disappointing and a waste of time.

My doctor and staff were very friendly, helpful and thorough. I booked a general wellness appointment and labs same day and the follow through was also greatly appreciated!

Huge fan of One Medical, I’ve been seen in California, North Carolina and now in Ohio. I love the care, response and ease of care. Jeremy at New Albany is my favorite.

I was blown away by the experience I had with Amazon's One Medical Clinic. I love the new office design and the ability of convenience that Amazon has designed into their medical services. I highly recommend this for anyone struggling without primary insurance coverage and would be great too for anyone cafeteria plans that you can use. Your prescription's arrive at your door the next day from Amazon as well. This is a breakthrough convenience in medical care. You can also do online doctor's visits for minor issues and still receive the same speed with Amazon delivery.

I love this practice! Scheduling and communication are so easy, the office staff is friendly and helpful, and Jeremy is an excellent clinician. The care I receive here is thorough, evidence based, and low stress. I’m so glad I switched!
