Love One Medical Primary Care Clinic and doctor Fiedman who took the time to listen to all my issues, my wants. This place is very clean and soon as you walk in you are greeted with a warm smile from the receptionist, and a good morning or afternoon. He was very promt with my care, friendlness, and knowledge. One medical is very convenient with online visits this alone was one of the reasons I switched doctors. I would recommend this place and doctor Fiedman because they would tend to their patients.

The entire staff, including Alka, Kimberly Ivana and Jonathan, are so friendly and courteous. I would recommend this doctor's office to anyone looking for a caring group of people.

Tisha Hale was the receptionist and she was amazingly courteous professional and caring. Going above & beyond to contact my insurance and handling the complicated stuff. Dr. Alka was so insightful had great professional care and I knew I was in great hands very appreciative of the service and care I received at One Medical.

Signed up for membership a week ago. Made appointment for 4 days later - Monday. Not gonna lie, I was excited to finally be able to get time with a doctor who would help and listen without being beholden to insurance company time restrictions. I received an email Monday morning from the operations manager informing me the doctor (Friedman) would not be available due to 'unforeseen circumstances' and that I should 'use the app to reschedule'. Firstly, that's not concierge service. Second, one doctor was not available for another 4 days and the second was available in 7 days... It seems that each doctor is there once a week. I responded to both the operations manager and the membership rep who had sent a message welcoming me to the company AND to the contact info on the website. No response as yet. I even popped in to see if I could speak with someone but the lady at the desk wouldn't listen to me.... Eventually I asked if she cared why I wanted to cancel, but she didn't. I'm really glad I'm on the free trial and didn't spend money on this service.
