Efficient process and friendly staff. Documentation from visits to specialists outside OneMedical has been added to my record quickly and accurately (finally electronic records seem to be working largely as advertised). App works very well. Quite happy with the service. I did have one billing mishap early on where I wasn’t told a shot wasn’t going to be covered by insurance but staff were responsive and I got a satisfactory fix.

This office is clean, modern, large, and attarctive. The reception/admin staff are friendly and numerous (no wait). The doctor, Dr. Christopher Magliulo, is the best physician I have ever had.

Love this practice. Casey O'Bryan is the best provider - gets to know her patients and always thoroughly answers questions and arms me with great information. Feels like a very personalized experience --front desk staff is always friendly, waiting room is clean and never overly crowded and I've never had to wait. Their in-house lab is also a calm and private room, which makes lab work very seamless and low stress.

Dr. Ganesh is fantastic - I’ve been going here for years and highly recommend. The annual fee is worth the convenience of same/next day appointments and the app with direct messaging to your doctor. I know I’m always in good care!

TLDR: this office is rude to you if you’re late and will refuse to provide care. Truly a terrible experience after a string of okay experiences. My wife and I were late to an appointment due to circumstances outside our control. We needed medical care desperately due to a developing illness. When we arrived and said the name for the appointment, all the front desk lady said to us was “you have 9 min left of your appointment… take a seat and the doctor will see you.” Well 5min goes by and she looks at us and says “actually your appointment already ended.” And that was it. We had to plead to see if we can see anyone else that day, but nothing worked. The front desk person had 0 sympathy or empathy for our situation. I messaged our doctor, but it’s been 8+ hours and no response. I guess with this office you’re only a patient if you arrive early or on time. If you’re late you’re disregarded and are treated with disrespect. My wife and I have been with One Medical for 3-4 years now, but today really showed us this office’s true colors. We will immediately be cancelling our subscription and choosing new primary care physicians. ALSO we went to a Patient First Facility and were seen right away with zero issues. What a night and day experience. Go to Patient First if you encounter anything close to what we did today.
