Their automated reminder system is fantastic, sending timely notifications for upcoming check-ups and appointments. The best part is their lab result system. Test results are promptly uploaded to the app with clear explanations, and I receive immediate notifications when they're ready. One Medical has transformed my expectations of what healthcare can and should be.

This company is unethical. I went to One Medical with jaw pain, citing I had TMJ in the past. Rather than bill me for diagnosis (was it TMJ or something else) they unethically billed me for TMJ treatment. As a result my insurance denied the claim. Despite repeated attempts they did not recode the visit. They also offered no way for me to escalate my complaint to a supervisor. It felt like a Kafka novel. I appealed to the Washington Office of the Insurance Commissioner. And I won’t pay this bill.

Second year of going to One Medical for my primary care. The staff are kind and helpful, waiting room clean and cool. My RN has been fantastic at checking up on my and making sure I'm in good health and recommending courses of action to improve. Five stars!
