One Medical Primary Care Clinic - Copley Square

One Medical’s services have gone down the drain since Amazon bought them. The doctors, for the most part, are amazing, but the service is horrible. Prior to the Amazon takeover, I would get a response within hours when I requested something or needed help. Now I’m lucky if anyone responds at all. I want to make it clear that my complaint isn’t with the Copley office at all—it’s with One Medical as a whole. One Medical doesn’t allow you to review them on the main site so I’m forced to use the location closest to me. They feel like a sinking ship, and I would honestly be surprised if they are still around two years from now. I’d actually be willing to put money on it they won’t make it another 5 years based on the changes since Amazon took over. There are so many other providers out there offering the exact same services but with far better customer support. They have become like a 711 of doctor’s offices and it sucks because they had and still have a lot of great doctors, but even some of the staff hate the changes. Again, my issue isn’t with the doctors at all. It’s with the clear decline in customer service and overall support since the takeover. I’ve had 2 doctors leave since the Amazon takeover. Amazon should be ashamed of destroying what was once an amazing company.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience at this medical office. I went in for a general annual check-up, expecting a routine visit, but what I got was nothing short of a rip-off. The doctor did absolutely nothing except ask questions about my medical history and write them down. No physical exam, no feedback, no evaluation—nothing! To make matters worse, they had the audacity to categorize this as a general office visit instead of an annual check-up and slapped on four diagnosis codes, which were simply based on the medical history I shared. These weren’t even real diagnoses from the visit! And then the bill came—a staggering $776 for a visit where the doctor literally did nothing but take notes. This is outrageous and feels like a blatant attempt to overcharge patients. The lack of transparency and fairness in their billing practices is unacceptable. I would warn anyone considering this office to think twice and be prepared to scrutinize their bills carefully. This kind of behavior is unethical and infuriating!

I do not recommend One Medical at Copley Square. My experience with their billing department has been consistently problematic. I was recently double-billed for my annual check-up, which appears to be a recurring issue based on other patient reviews. The billing department is inefficient, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the incorrect billing, the problem persists, making the entire process frustratingly time-consuming. While the doctors at this location are adequate, their performance isn't strong enough to compensate for the significant time and energy wasted dealing with their billing team.

“ Love this place” I found them online . I was able to see a doctor next day . This doctor is now my primary care physician. The place is so relaxing . Not your typical doctor's office. The care is exceptional. I can't recommend this place enough . The app allows you to message your doctor . Plus offers 24/7 text to medical staff online this is just phenomenal. I hope you have an opportunity to be a member. The other great thing is they take most insurances . I just love my primary care doctor from here . You can tell she really loves her job and enjoys helping patients like me . Such a breath of fresh air this place is . I really enjoy my visits. Who has the opportunity to say that about going to the doctors ; such a blessing this place is in my life ! I feel my doctor is also supportive, down to earth and overall just fantastic!

One Medical has given me and my husband excellent care! Our treasured PCP is brilliant, empathic, expert and skillful. Ancillary medical professionals have always been helpful. The virtual medical team is responsive at all hours, gives good advice and makes prompt referrals if necessary. Receptionists are welcoming. Lab staff are encouraging and gentle. Highest praise to the entire team!
