My doctor is amazing and the team was so helpful (I wanted water and they provided me with a bottle). My doctor listens to me and makes me feel comfortable. It was easy to make an appt.

I’ve been a member of one medical for years and I just canceled. Ever since they’ve been bought by Amazon it’s become an extremely impersonal experience. I went for my physical last week and it was only 20 minutes because that’s all that’s allowed for physicals. I told my provider I just had a baby and I wasn’t asked one question about how I’ve been post partum. I mentioned my cholesterol was high and wasn’t even asked for a number. I felt very rushed and was told that if I wanted to discuss any other issues I’d have to schedule another appointment to do so. I found another doctor. Pretty disappointed because I had positive experiences with them in the past.

One Medical has been the best health care provider I’ve ever used. Great communication, my appointment always starts on time, and I’ve gotten to know my doctor well. They handle prior authorizations with insurance quickly and easily. It’s shockingly good.

I've been with One Med for a few years now, but this was the first time at the Bryant Park location. It was great -- everything was right on time, the lab was both available and staffed with terrific folks; and I've stayed with my same provider, Dr. Elizabeth Haskins, who is great and very knowledgeable and competent. The online accessibility and response/communications with the OneMed website are also terrific.
