I received the worst medical care I’ve ever gotten at this place. Was told to go home and “take a hot shower” for a cold that lingered over a month. Ultimately had to get antibiotics from somewhere else and had gotten so sick that I nearly missed a wedding. Tried to be proactive by going to Amazon One early, only to find out later that they are not licensed to prescribe medicine out of state when I followed up over a week later that I still did not feel well as directed. (in case you end up in a situation like mine where you travel). Extremely disappointed with my experience and service and ended up with nearly a $250 bill. I never would have gone if I knew how bad this experience would have been and how much it costs. Many other local urgent cares are much better - will actually test you for covid/strep/flu, offer steroids or sore throat medicine, and give detailed medical recommendations. This place unfortunately was a total waste of both time and money

I was working out of state in Boston. I needed a refill for a medication. I came in and saw Clinton Pong. I understood that it might take some time since it’s a controlled substance. But I was running out on a medication you’re not suppose to go off of. I had my doctor from home send my info over. I scheduled another appointment with pong. He hadn’t gotten enough from my doctor back home and still wasn’t able to fill it. It’s an ADD medication. I was fine with him testing me for add and giving the prescription but he wanted more info from my past doctor. 2 visits and my prescription wasn’t filled and I learned each appointment was 500 dollars. 952 dollar total for 2 10 minute appointments where he told me he wasn’t able to help me. I believe the billing must be some kind of mistake and would love to talk to someone about rectifying this. I respected pong and him being cautious with a controlled substance but I needed an emergency refill of a common medication and I think 2 appointments of me seeing him would be enough to fill it. I’ve been on it for years and showed proof of that.

Feels like a scam--One Medical gives you the option to buy a fancy membership (on top of paid health insurance) for an annual fee, or you can book regular services with a longer waiting time without the upgraded membership. We don't have the membership, and everyone in my family has seen their appointments cancelled multiple times for no reason just days before its supposed to happen. How frustrating! Feels like they are trying to force you into a membership before you even meet the doctor! Even worse, no one helps reshedule--they just turf you back into the online scheduling system to pick another appointment a long way in the future (only for it to be cancelled again). I initially thought Amazon Medical my be a godsend for clinical care, but now I worry that people will get really sick while Amazon is busy optimizing the algorithm for increasing revenues. (If we ever get in for service, I'll update this review.)

place is hard to find once you find it get ready for a big let down these people do not care about you. had me answer a bunch of personal questions only to tell me they cannot help me, that she doesn’t have the authority! i was looking for a basic window tint note because i have hydration issues and tint would help me. my primary doctor is not intrested in helping my either, he just want me to go thru a bunch of medications after i’ve already found the one that works for me. they push pills on you like their testing them out im sure their in bed with big pharma, i will not go through their list of drugs especially when ive already been through 6 others finally finding what worked for me. no i will not be your guinea pig no thanks. i do not trust this office

It’s pleasure to share my experience, My wife accompanied me to the visit, when we arrived as our first time, we both her pleasantly impressed with the the location, the lobby was beautiful, clean and tastefully decorated. Awesome relaxing music was playing in the background. The patient checking room was also beautiful, simple and cleaned. Staffs were very professional. And Dr Clinton made me feel very comfortable and relax. Nice and friendly and professional. I am very happy that I chose him to be my PCP.. I would definitely make a commercial for this place. 😂. and highly recommend this place. to anyone. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽❤️
