One Home Solution

This was my first time using One Home. Jacob did a great job installing a new bathroom sink faucet. He was great with communication and even answered a few questions I had regarding a possible next job. He left the work area tidy and even went to grab a missing part for us, we thought was included in the box.

We had One Home Solution come out to quote and fix a really poorly installed security door. Originally Home Depot installed it and as you can see in the first photo it was extremely sloppy and didn’t look good at all. Michael is the absolute best and made it look brand new. You can’t even tell there was a botched job before this. He was friendly and we were confident from the start that he would fix the issues. His work was flawless and we were so relieved to have him work with us. We will definitely contact them again for figure needs.

We were very impressed and extremely pleased with the work done by One Home Solution! Our project needed handymen with creativity & skill to detach & rebuild a large headboard. Our thanks to Michael and James who understood our request and accomplished exactly what we wanted. They were prompt, professional, and pleasant. We will contact One Home Solution for future projects!

I would not recommend this company. I had them come out to fix what I thought was a minor issue for my tenants; the shower handle was falling off. They did not take pictures of completed work but then my tenant sent me a picture... I was appalled to see that they had replaced a matte black handle with chrome... and then had the nerve to send me a bill for $300. The next day, my tenants said the new handle had already fallen off again! I had to wait until Monday to call them and ask why they thought this was okay. I heard multiple excuses from the manager. To me, there is no excuse for such poor quality of work. At that point they ordered the cheapest parts they could find on Amazon ($25) to replace the black handle, after telling me that parts would cost $97. It took until Friday for them to come back out and put the correct color handle on. If I lived in AZ I would have just done it myself. Not worth the headache and I will not be a repeat customer. I threatened a 1- star review, I'm generously giving 2 -stars since they did come back out to fix the issue. I would have preferred the problem was fixed with integrity the first time that they came out so they didn't repeatedly bother my tenant. Also, they gave a 3 hour time window when they came back out, and were still late. This small job cost $265.

James did wonderful! Very efficient and got the job done quick. He also ran to Lowe’s and grabbed some light bulbs for the light fixture because we didn’t realize lights were not included. So so nice of him. Super great to work with, will be requesting him again soon.
