I have been in my room on the emergency side for over 1.5 and not ONE single person has come in here to check on me. I then had to push the nurse button for them to come in 20+ minutes later. I let her know I have been here 2.5 hours and nothing has been done and that I have to get my little girl from school. I understand hospitals take a long time but to have me sitting here as we speak for over 1.5 hours and NOTHING is unacceptable for the emergency room ! Go to a real hospital not here !

I had a great experience this last time I gave birth to my little one. The doctors and most of the nurses in labor and delivery were absolutely wonderful — kind, supportive, and made me feel genuinely cared for. A huge thank you to the staff who helped make it such a positive experience! However, I do want to mention that I’ve had repeated negative experiences with one nurse in labor and delivery in particular — Anne. Unfortunately, she was involved in my care both in 2023 and again in 2025, and both times I found her to be dismissive, cold, and frankly unprofessional. It was disappointing because everyone else I encountered was so compassionate. I also had an awful experience in the ER. There was a complete lack of urgency, even while I was in active labor. I was left waiting far too long while the staff stood around talking — despite the fact that I was clearly in distress and nearing delivery. When I was finally brought upstairs, I delivered my baby less than 20 minutes later. The whole situation could have been dangerous, and it felt like no one took it seriously. It’s frustrating that my experience with nurse Anne and the ER brought down what could have been flawless care. Thankfully, the labor and delivery nurses (aside from Anne) and my care team were phenomenal, and I’m so grateful to them.

Very nice staff but they did forget about me twice about drawing my blood. But the lead practitioner and RN were apologetic and very nice. But I feel I was there like 3 hrs longer then I needed to be because if they would have drew my blood on time the 2 nd time. And got the test back in 25-30min like they said I would have left by 6 instead of 9:15pm. But all in all very nice and did get me like 4 blankets bc I was so cold. They got me fixed up and I appreciate it.

I was so impressed with the cardiologist team. They explained my condition to me and answered all my questions. They were there everyday to check on me and inform me of our next move. Thank you to all of you. The nurses I had took very good care of me, actually excellent care. They were there if I needed anything and they listened to me and helped me so much. arrived at Doctor’s Hospital as an emergency at 2 a.m. ( 11/30/2025) I was 25 weeks pregnant and having contractions. I was taken care of immediately, and the medical team performed an emergency C-section. After the delivery, the entire team was incredibly kind, supportive, and compassionate. They were always there to comfort and reassure me during such a difficult time. I am deeply grateful to everyone for their professionalism, quick response, and humanity. Thank you to the entire team.
