Reception folks were amazing, friendly. The intake woman also friendly and knowledgeable. Doc and assistants were thorough and willing to listen. Blood lab woman really treated it as a job, no smile, no explanations, didn't seem like she was happy to be there, and certainly not someone you would want to draw your blood with no communication, not even eye contact
