The only reason I stay with oak Street health is because of Demetrius Daniels and medical assistant Jessica, the whole staff is great don't get me wrong, but I have a rapport with them too, they don't play when it comes to my health 🤣😂🤣😂

I had a problem 😕 4 a year trying to find out what it is. I was sent out 4 testing and then given an appointment 3 months later 4 something that could be deadly. Very unsatisfied. So I switch back to dedicated Senior. Because the appointment isn't 3 months away.

Oak street health contacted me advertising their services. How they could better serve me than my existing doctor, and how they could also provide me with transportation. I went ahead and gave Oak Street health a chance. I made the appointment to addresses my existing knee pain. The doctors and his assistant asked many questions about my emotions and they told me that I was depressed. They told me i needed to see a psychologist. After scheduling the appointment they called and canceled and rescheduled my appointment 3 times. I wouldn't make another appointment but they promised me their psychiatrist could would see me that day. They provided my transportation but once i reached the doctor office they didn't have an appointment for me and they told me they might be able to squeeze me in but I would have to wait an hour. My knee were not addresses and Oak Street health is not reliable or dependable. Do NOT waste time your time with them
