My primary care provider at Oak Street Health, Rolling Hills, Emma Abbey, is very thorough, listens and addresses all of my concerns. I am very happy and satisfied with care I am receiving there.

In one month at Oak Street Health I have been treated like a person that matters. Dr po, my care team, and the staff are marvelous. I feel I am truly being taken care of for the first time in 30 years. I love Oak Street Health.

I had a very rude experience with this office, i am a caregiver who was accompanying a client Luraline Nicolary, and Patricia was very rude to the both of us. From the moment we got to the back she asked my client to undress and my client needs assistance so it was taking her a little bit of time less than 3 minutes, my client also was asking her questions, she blew her off and when i turned around to look at her she was making faces to another worker in the back as if we were inconveniencing her time. If you’re having a bad day outside of work please don’t bring it to your office it’s very unprofessional. She did not make us feel welcomed or comfortable.

Oak Street takes their time. The office visits last up to 40 minutes, and the physicians actually listen to you. They very easy to work with, and always kind & friendly. I would recommend them to everyone!! I forgot to mention my physician...Dr. Gregory Miller, DO. He is great !!

Note: This Review is for 2 of the 3 locations in Tucson. Oak Street was a great idea. The whole idea behind it was to serve people that have Medicare insurance and you would be able to see someone next day, same week. Now, it takes 10 days to even get a return phone call. It’s too bad they don’t run their system very well. I’ve had good practitioners, but for some reason, they always leave as well. Their call center phone system is so disappointing. They literally tell you you will have a return call within 24 hours or one business day. It never never never ever happens, but they lie every single time. I finally had enough. I only gave it two stars because of Emma, who is a five star nurse practitioner, but the lack of communication is terrible from the front end. Don’t try to find somebody on a Friday. No one‘s going to call you, you might as well go to urgent care. I joined when they first opened. I went to the one in Northwest and I went to the one on Golf Links. Both of those were in very lousy locations. Let’s put it this way, you wouldn’t want to be there at night. And the golf links location they have a security guard outside the front door. Why did they lease locations in areas like this where the older population is more vulnerable?
