Excellent medical Dr and medical staff that seem to be patient centered. They are very thorough and even the location and sign in area are pleasant. Excellent choice for seniors citizens.

I can't say enough, good things regarding my experience with Oak Street Healthcare. Dr. Samuel Tri, helped me get a prescription, that I have had hard time getting it, without having to pay full price for, I am extremely happy. Everyone is very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend, Oak Street Healthcare, on Rio Bravo, to anyone over 50 years old, as a primary care team. They truly do what they say!!!😊

I visited Oak Street Health several times and was generally satisfied with their care. However, they were unable to give me access to a physician. I have since found a primary care doctor and no longer use Oak Street Health.
