Excellent professional service from the providers! They are very knowledgeable, caring, kind and helpful. My mother and I really appreciate the team approach, client centered communication and attention to details for all my mother’s needs. She recently lost her doctor unexpectedly after being a loyal patient for many years. Both parents were patients, and their doctor provided great care for them. Therefore, my siblings and I really wanted a practice that felt just right for our mother and we found it. Thank you so much for giving us such a warm and welcoming experience. We look forward to our next visit! I highly recommend them! Give Oak Street Health a try! I’m glad my aunt recommended them. I might switch over to this practice since my doctor is leaving to open her practice far away.

I am very pleased with the staff at Oak Street Health Northeast. This is my second year being a part of the practice, I really appreciate the sincere interest that has been shown to me all of staff always provide me with the greatest care and concern, the lab staff is exceptionally wonderful, and that is definitely a wonderful thing, because I never enjoyed being stuck more than once for blood draws. There's more than I can compliment the staff and the team on but I will stop here, because the whole staff iny opinion is absolutely wonderful.

My experience there is very good.All staff is nice and treat you are family.The doctors are patient with you and take time to explain your diagnosis and they have compassion.

They are quite competent in doing the minimum insurance will allow. If you are on disability (never $ enough) and need "creative options" due to NO MONEY, out of luck. If you can no longer walk because of that... too bad. Insurance companies, NOT quality-of-life, decides what "CARE" you receive. No better than ANY "bottom-line" corporation. The disgusting part? They are no worse either.

My doctor here really does look out for me and makes things happen for me when I didn't have when I was in doubt. Her resources are what I needed and she did just that I highly recommend Ms Katherine for a job well done
