I am a returning recipient who would've given zero stars, then, but now 5 stars because when the Nurse gave me a deep explanation of weighing options on taking my medicine as opposed to not (which was never so clearly lectured and projected in such a visual perspective.) Needless to say, I needed that lecture badly. I couldn't show my gratitude enough. I am deeply indebted to my now primary physician. I felt exactly like that guy in the Oak Street commercial who dances and rolls around in a chair. THAT SATISFIED!

I was very satisfied with my initial visit to Oak Street Health Jefferson Village. My immediate Health Care needs were promptly addressed; the Staff are Courteous and Knowledgeable. My sincere Thanks to everyone there.

My PCP was very thorough with my exam and gave me time to ash questions and she answered each one. My PCP was very friendly and professional and made me feel extremely comfortable. PCP showed concern and was quick to find remedy for my problems , her service was great.

Staff was very courteous, professional, informative, highly technical and attentive to my circumstance. Exceeded my previous two osh visits. Still processing. Truly appreciated the durable medical equipment, expertise on my health conditions and the medications prescribed. Was not condescending towards me as if I was senile or ignorant as the other OSH Office. Thank you all.
