Amazing. I haven't seen a Doctors office this convenient since before covid. Seeing the same person all the time as amazing as well. I'm afraid they have me for life here.

Despite the good care of the practitioners at Oak Street Health, they have issues in their referrals department and there switchboard desk. Most recently my husband's referral arrived in the mail over a week after the appointment he already attended. Luckily he had been a patient before and they accepted him. This isn't the first time we've had issues with referrals. They also don't have a portal so it is very difficult to communicate our needs to the staff. They have a customer service desk that intercepts our messages between us and our medical office. Sometimes our messages don't get through. Communications are a big issue at Oak Street Health. One thing we do like is the 24/7 phone coverage. If we need to speak with someone about an issue we're not sure how to handle they are there for us. That's a huge Plus.

Very friendly place. Docs and assistants are all great. They value my health and are on the spot to refill prescriptions.

It would be convenient to have a portal for communication and information. I had to pay out of pocket for 2 office visits that were set up to give feed back that is could have received by phone or on a portal.
