Dr winters doesn’t listen when u tell her that certain medications don’t work and she sent the medication l didn’t want she is bossy and the consultant And medical assistant was nice my mom and l won’t be returning

This facility leaves me with mixed feelings. The services are in no way consistent from visit to visit. There is no follow through in patient care. It was encouraging initially that I got labs done at the facility and didn’t have to go outside as usual. I left with a follow up appointment. When I needed to go back I called ask for an appointment and got one…no problem. Everything else was down hill. The nurse was always good, pleasant and professional. I had x-rays and never any NP follow-up, surgery physical never released timely and when I questioned it I was threatened twice by facility management. Referral took a month to receive (too late), call center denied me an appointment. When returning call to Nurse call center would not put me through to nurse. Overall my experience with Oak Street has been that patient care “is not” there first priority and there is no sense of urgency in responding to patient needs. Call Center personnel need to stay in their lane answer the call and stop grilling patients.

I was very appreciative for the care and attention to detail to my mother's health care. The staff was very friendly and prompt to getting back to me any time I had questions. My only complaint was the fact we had to wait 4 weeks to get results back to find out if my mom had an UTI or not. That just didn't seem right at all. Had she had a a major UTI she could have gone septic and the fact that she was so uncomfortable and extremely worried about it for a month seemed unnecessary. But, hopefully that issue can be resolved. Because otherwise I give this clinic a 4.5 out of 5.

I appreciate the care and respect I receive from the time I enter to when I leave. I get quality care from my PCP, who really seems concerned about me. I'm so glad for the day I made that first call. It's nice to go where everyone treats you with dignity and respect, and they know my name. I love it!

I do like this facility. But my last visit was a follow up. Told them I'd have an MRI on the 12th but it was cancelled due to machine breaking down. But I was told a script would be sent to ME requesting a blood draw B4 contrast was given. Never got IT ‼️. I was also told I would be getting a call when vaccines were in. Well.... Still waiting. I'm thinking very seriously of seeking another senior clinic if this crew is not stepping up their game... Makes me scared on top of my PTSD towards the MEDICAL PROCESS
