Waiting over an hour for a doctor's appointment. After being sick for a month. This would be the third time I see the same doctor for the same illness that they still do nothing about send you a referral for an x-ray a week after it's expired. Ask for referral for the specialist same thing, so why is my insurance company paying them again? Then they have the nerve to get mad at the patient for wanting them to provide adequate service. And I'm not the only person who they treat this way today the person in front of me that came all the way down with her husband both of them in a walker for an appointment that they will called and told to come in but then the receptionist had no clue so now these two elderly people have the truck all the way back home and then come for another appointment and another day. They really should be investigated for fraud. The only good thing about this facility is the therapist Ruth I'm called my insurance company. grievance filed with insurance

My husband loves oak St health on Branch Ave in Providence the Dr is one of the most caring Drs he ever had .. she listens to him attentively at his appointments. Answers all his questions also she makes sure he stays well . Thank You To All The Staff At Oak Street Health ..

Do you mean the place that disconnects you in the middle of your call if you ask too many questions? Or the place that never returns your calls despite saying they will? Or perhaps you mean the place that doesn’t share or explain the test results they scheduled? Or is it the office that doesn’t follow up? Or maybe, just maybe the place that schedules one and a half hour office visits every three months for no apparent reason, but can’t schedule a quick visit for 15 minutes to discuss an immediate concern?

I guess I got too happy with the commercial. I find it no different than the clinic I was going to the people are nice and the doctor was easy to talk to, but I don’t think I’m gonna get the help I need. I thought we would always be able to see our doctor or talk to him when needed, but that’s not the case

Best group of people !! Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. Couldn't ask for anything better. I just love going there. Hats off to all of you.
