First available appointment within two days of referral. Attached parking garage with more than ample parking, with parking easily validated. Wella portion handicap parking spots next to the elevators and entrance. Easy signage to follow. The waiting room / lobby. But most importantly, no lines, no waiting, no tacky kiosks. The front desk staff, and every staff member introduced themselves, said thank you for coming. He's part of the process was exceptionally efficient. The exam rooms were clean and well stocked. The communication between the staff and physician we're on point. Dr Burgess listened intently, was not rushed in my responses, her exam was appropriate and her plan was well thought out and appreciated. 10/10 visit. This office could be a training/onboarding site for new staff. It is remarkably well run and everyone really does seem to care.

I always feel welcome. They have always followed my problems to the end. They were their for me with husband(Artis) to the end in may. They were their just like family and kids. Thank again First Charlotte Physicians Elizabeth.

I am so elated and grateful to have Dr. Feaster. If you need a primary care in or near Charlotte, THIS is THE Dr you want! I waited on this appointment, I was determined for THIS to be my primary physician no matter the distance. I have been under the care of multi physicians since the age of 11. This is the FIRST time in my adult life that I felt heard, understood and felt like my Dr was going to work with me to ensure my health will not continue to be a stressor for me. I am truly content for the 1st time in a LONG time.

I was in pain that was keeping me up but not so severe for a 2am ED visit. I messaged Dr Feaster at that hour and received a call first thing in the morning to come in that afternoon. The visit was pleasant and all the arrangements and referrals were made before I even left the office. I had a procedure scheduled by the time I got home. Excellent work.

I love my doctor! He takes a definite interest in both my physical and mental wellbeing. He allows you time to think without being pushy and there’s no feeling of judgment regarding your answers. Plus, his personality puts you at ease and his sense of humor is great (that’s a very important quality for me!). The staff, both admin and medical, are all such friendly professionals with positive vibes. These are my people!!
