Desk staff is great. Elderly doc that is regularly there - a nice man but his most consistent thing to say is go home and take a Tylenol. Brought a sick kid there multiple times over 4 days with no improvement and worsening symptoms and he once again won’t act. Was forced to go to a hospital ER for a proper medical assessment and treatment of my child. An unnecessary 6hr ordeal for a sick kid. Why exist as a clinic if your docs refuse to actually pursue treatment? We wonder why hospital ER’s are backed up it’s because of clinics like North Burlington. Will update this review with the doc’s name. Kid given intravenous antibiotics to help him recover after North Burlington let his illness progress unnecessarily vs. prescribing an oral antibiotic. UPDATE: my kid had pneumonia in his left lung - all worsening but this clinic would still be sending him home for bed rest and Tylenol. Could have been treated on 1st visit - instead 4 days later overnight stay at McMaster and IV antibiotics.

I went to Cuba and while there experienced a cold front which caused me to get sick upon my return. When I went to this clinic, I saw a Dr. Scholtens. He asked if I was a smoker to which I replied, yes. He then gave me a lecture about smoking and basically said getting sick was my own fault because I smoke. Instead of assisting with the issue he continued to tell me I'm on my way to COPD. This doctor is very anti smoking and I get it, it's very bad for you. However, I am 52 years old and do not require a scolding. His job is to medically treat my illness to the best of his ability. If you are a smoker, do not see Dr. Scholtens. He will not help you. Otherwise, this is a very good clinic.

My son just went to this clinic and after the doctor checked him she said we will do a strep test. After waiting for 15 mins the doctor came back in and said good news the strep test is negative! My wife said great but the only problem is that no one age my son a strep test yet! Lol they did the test finally and said it was viral. Thankfully my wife decided to go to another clinic where it was discovered he has a throat infection after all! Now i can understand why the wait time at this clinic is always short.

Went to the clinic on a Wednesday night with sore throat and ears. The doctor literally stuck his head into the room and said the nurse would come back and do a rapid strep test, which is what I was hoping for. I’ve worked in education for over 15 years and if it isn’t strep it’s tonsillitis! He came back looked in my mouth (which had the white pussy infection) and ears (which were visibly swollen for anyone to look at) and said there are some signs of congestion. It’s probably viral, let it run its course and if you aren’t better in 4 days come back. I went to a different doctor on Friday who “had never seen such a bad ear infection” I ended up with a double ear infection, sinus infection and throat infection! I have finished all of the antibiotics but still don’t have my hearing back! I loved that this clinic never seemed to have a long wait time but know I think I understand why! The time previous to this visit was about a year ago and I had the same response….come back if it gets worse.

I visited this clinic twice in the span of a week and was very disappointed with the care I received. The first doctor rushed through the appointment, barely let me explain my symptoms, and prescribed medication without doing a proper check. When that didn’t help, I had to return. The second time, the doctor (a female) was quite rude, dismissive, and again did not examine me the way I believe she should have. On the positive side, the front desk staff were very friendly and professional, and the clinic itself was clean. Unfortunately, my overall experience with the doctors was not good, and I cannot recommend this clinic based on the care I received.
