I’ve had the pleasure of working with Cheryl at Nigro’s Auto Body three different times for repairs on my 2 vehicles and every experience has been great! Cheryl is incredibly responsive and keeps you informed every step of the way. She takes the time to thoroughly explain the repairs needed. She's patient and understanding and she genuinely listens to your concerns and makes you feel confident about the process. Her advice is honest, practical, and clearly based on experience. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, transparency, and great customer service so effortlessly! Thanks to Cheryl, what could have been stressful situations were handled smoothly and efficiently each time. Great auto repair shop, highly recommend!!!

Great experience with Nigro’s Auto Body. They helped me handle a Progressive insurance claim after my Accord was sideswiped. The work took a little time due to insurance, but the results were worth it. The paint blend is perfect and the car looks great. Professional service and quality parts.

Cheryl was amazing in dealing with the insurance company and rental car people, and she proactively kept me updated with what I needed to know. And the repair - which was extensive and required obtained body parts from Germany - looks amazing. It's like my car is new again! I recommend Nigro's Autobody unconditionally. In my opinion, this is the best body shop in Philly. Dan M.

I had a good experience at Nigro's Auto Body following a hit-and-run in Philly. They handled the appraisal, communication with the other party's insurance, and all other insurance-related issues very well. They also did excellent work fixing my driver's side door. To top it off, they cleaned and detailed the inside of my car after completing the body work. I would recommend Nigro's as they were communicative throughout the whole process and easy to work with.

Someone keyed the entire driver’s side of my car. I was extremely upset because the car is brand new. I heard from a friend that this shop does an amazing job! And I am here to tell you that it was the best experience with an auto body shop ever. They treated me so kindly, almost like family, and the service was very efficient, very professional, and extremely effective. I highly recommend this auto body shop whether you go through your insurance or not. I’d to thank the team at Nigro’s because they’re absolute professionals who have been working there for over 40 years. With service like this, I wouldn’t trust my car to anyone else!
