I had my perimeter property cleared of large amounts of hale koa and tall grasses. It was a 3 day job and was done efficiently. Isaac, the foreman, was great! A very hard worker.

Upon the crew’s arrival, Ken, the owner, promptly notified me and coordinated parking arrangements with his team. Since our association prohibits parking on my side of the street, Ken assured me they’d disconnect the trailer and park it appropriately. Isaac, the foreman, and his assistant arrived punctually, introduced themselves, and facilitated easy communication. They parked nearby and started work immediately. Twenty minutes later, Isaac informed me the leak wasn’t plumbing but an incorrect sprinkler head. He explained the intended head had a feature that prevents water flow during shutdown. He also said the crew had arrived prepared with the replacement part, and the changeover would take only a few minutes. Relieved, I approved the repairs. The crew swiftly executed the changeout, replaced the unearthed grass and dirt, cleaned up, and packed up before leaving. Isaac informed me Ken would contact me about payment. I received a text message from Ken offering various options. The total cost was significantly lower than my anticipated figure and well below my budget. I opted to pay via check, as this aligns with my dad’s business practices. Ken offered to present the check to Isaac or mail it to the crew. Before I could respond, Isaac and his assistant had already left. Reviewing the online invoice, I discovered the company also accepts Apple Pay, major credit cards, and debit cards. Ken and his team were able to fit me into their schedule within a 2 hours notice. Very professional and responds quickly to their website to book an appointment.
