They overpromise and underdeliver with poor communication. My repair was estimated to take a week but took three. I was always promised they would call me, but they never did. I always had to call them. Up until the last day when they promised me it would be done by lunch but my wife still ended up waiting around in their office for 90 minutes. It was not only frustrating but it meant I hit my rental car coverage limit on my car insurance policy and I had to pay an additional $300 out of pocket.

New Design Auto Body did an amazing job with my repair! I had a tree branch fall on my car and I’m from out of town and I was able to get the car in the shop the following business day. Communication was so easy, not only through the phone with updates but also the automated messages. Desmond was great with updating me about my car and Wayne was helpful and informative when I picked it up! I’m occasionally in the area, but definitely wil come here whenever I can for car needs because my car looks good as new!

I got my car back from the shop, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service! From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. My car looks as good as new—if not better! The attention to detail is remarkable, and I really appreciate how they took care of everything, including handling the insurance details. I’m beyond satisfied with the results and will definitely return if I ever need anything in the future. Highly recommend! . The owner (Wayne) is not only knowledgeable but genuinely cares about their customers. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and ensured my car was repaired to perfection. Their dedication to quality and customer service is unmatched. It’s rare to find someone so passionate and trustworthy, and I’ll definitely be recommending this shop to others!

The shop does excellent work. I brought my very new 2024 Mazda CX-5 here as part of an insurance claim to replace two doors and repaint parts of the car. They were very friendly and efficient in both providing an estimate and completing the work, and the work was done very well. An added bonus was they work directly with Enterprise and provide rental cars on site which is extremely convenient. I would definitely recommend this place for collision and body work.

The smallest scratch was fixed flawlessly! I would highly recommend New Design for your repairs, big or small! They are very thorough and they communicate well! Even after the job was down they informed me about what was done, that they reset my vehicle etc. 10/10 highly recommended!
