We had a great experience with My Texas Home Services. Leonard fixed our heating system (furnace) and communicated clearly throughout the process, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. Most importantly, he offered a very reasonable price, which we truly appreciated. Later on, his company also handled electrical work for us, including replacing the fuse board and changing plugs and switches. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and again at a very reasonable price. It’s refreshing to work with a small business where the owner is directly involved and focused on honest, quality work. Highly recommend Texas Home Services.

I had to change my review after going through a very unpleasant situation with Lenn the owner of this company. I thought he’s a nice guy and asked him to go to one of my rental properties to fix the faucet on the bath tub. It was loose few weeks an ago and I asked him to fix it. But he only added some glue and charged me. Then recently it came off. So I asked him to go back. He opened the front wood panel I don’t know why and he broke it. Then he said he has to redo the whole work and asked me to pay him $535. He was arguing with the tenant cause tenant last asked him why he couldn’t just replace the faucet. I had to calm them down and told Lenn to fix it and I’ll pay him $535. Then I sent another plumber and he fixed the faucet with no issues. No drama not extra work. Then asked Lenn to go back and fix the bath tub panel he broke and he said he can but he has to charge me. Really??? I have to pay for something he did??? I sent my handyman and asked him to fix since i was tired of Lenn. Then Lenn send me an invoice asking him to pay for him time that he spent breaking my panel. I asked him to pay me the money I spent to fix what he broke that was $350. This guy is something. Please be aware of what he’s doing. As soon as you trust him he does whatever to make more money. It a good company and I wouldn’t go back to him or recommend him to anyone.

Len did a great job, gave me a fair price on the capacitor replacement and my unit was 2 pounds low on Freon. His 1 year warranty not only includes the part but the labor! I’m Ccustomer for life. Having my a/c go out in summer is a stressful time but I’m thankful to find a honest small business owner who gets that we’re all trying to make it. I definitely recommend!

We had a great experience with My Texas Home Services. My experience started out good with Lynn, the owner, but quickly escalated. My dad’s trailer had a propane leak, so I called My Texas Home Services, to take advantage of their $25 service call. Lynn the owner, as he calls himself, came out and determined it was the propane company’s faulty equipment. He then suggested replacing the sensor that detected the leak and offered to price it out for me. I the asked Lynn to quote installing a second washer and dryer combo at my house down the street. Lynn quoted $1,000 for the job, citing extensive wall and electrical work, which seemed excessive, so I passed and used another company for $250. After a week, Lynn called to tell me the sensor part had come in and it would cost $178, plus $125 for an hour of labor, offering a $50 discount since he was already picking up parts for another job and had a job at a neighboring trailer. I declined, citing he hadn’t provided a quote and I had never agreed and the part was $78 online, and is simple to install. He became upset, claiming I had committed to the part and wasted his time. He then told me to never call him again and proceeded to send me a $25 invoice for the washer/dryer quote after initially saying not to worry about it. While I understand running a business is challenging, but Lynn’s approach to customer service and communication was extremely disappointing. His attitude, overcharging, and unprofessional behavior, including yelling at me, made this a horrible experience. I won’t be using his services again.

Len and his crew did an excellent job repairing my leaking ceiling. They were kind and courteous. They covered my home in plastic and drop cloths to protect my clothes, carpet and floors. Great pricing. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks!
