I am an English speaker and this office is terrible. I /my insurance clearly stated multiple times what was needed, tests, referrals ect. We were consistently met with what I can only assume is incompetence. I now tell new providers that the time i spent under care here is undocumented outside of claims.

Dr. Wheeler is AMAZING! I was and am having really bad problems that were affecting my day to day life. Obviously I had to see specialists too, through her recommendation, get the tests done and all that. There’s much more to do as well. However, I woke up today without any debilitating pain. I do have some days that are better than others. While I am usually in great discomfort. I didn’t even have breakthrough pain today till almost 2:00pm. I haven’t felt like I could accomplish this much in one day in years. For anyone reading this, please keep in mind that Dr. Wheeler is not a pain management doctor nor a psychiatrist. She can help you but you will have to see those specialists and be diagnosed. I can say with confidence that no doctor has ever helped me as much as Dr. Wheeler has, and other doctors not helping in the past is part of the reason I’m in such bad shape now. Thank you Dr. Wheeler!

I would NOT RECOMMEND Carol Hagen as a pcp!!! She doesn’t care to look into your concerns, also very quick to provide antidepressants instead of listening to her patients. I switched providers !!! One of the nurses mentioned to me she’s like this with a lot of her patients!! She’s there for a check and that’s it.

Dr. Hogan pressured me to have blood tests that I didn't need. Then instead of sending them over to a local lab for testing, she sent them to Chicago. The bill was over $600. I have been married for 17 years and she convinced me it was just to be sure. She tested me for sexually transmitted diseases, HIV, and hepatitis c. Of course I tested negative. I have never received a bill for lab work. Apparently this lab is out of network. We will never come back. We are living paycheck to paycheck and don't have the money for unnecessary medical bills.

Never send anyone you love to Dr. Renee Roy. She does not listen, which shows she does not care about her patients. I clearly told her that the medication I was currently on, is not working for me. I asked her to change my medication and give me something that will work better for me. She did not. She prescribed me the exact medication that I told her was not working for me from a previous doctor. Ms Roy, you are failing people who entrust themselves to your care. Also, it smells really bad in the office.
