Both Dr Reed and PA Shelly are very caring and they treat you as a whole person, not just an illness or a disease to treat and manage. They accommodate you right away offering in-person or tele-med visits. They spend adequate time with every visit and they sincerely "listen". Very prompt in sending scripts and orders, and reply to messages either phone or via portal. The staff are friendly and they follow through. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

I was with my passed Doctor for 26 years and he retired. I went to Doctor Reed and was so completed happy that I had my husband go to him too. He is such a caring human being and researches any discomfort or issues you may have. As for Jen I love her a ton, she is very helpful and always answers any questions I may have. Legitimately one of the best doctors I have ever had. He is personable, funny, and always remembers and asks things about me or my family that truly shows that he cares. We have been with Dr Reed for about 3 years now and have continued to use him even after moving much further north. His front desk is pretty helpful and I have never had any issues, which is great since a front office can make or break a practice. I can normally schedule a same day or next day appointment, although the office hours do not always mesh with mine. He has a PA now, though I have not been seen by her, which should help in availability. As for insurance coverage I made sure to identify that Dr Reed was in network prior to my first appointment and we haven't had issue since. The office also helps fill out/send in the yearly exams I get reimbursed for through Cigna, which has been great.

I have had many doctors over the years, but only two who have made me feel like they are really concerned about my health and well-being. Dr. Reed is one of them. He is patient, thorough, extremely knowledgable and easy to talk to. I have never felt rushed when visiting his office. He reminds me of a young Dr. Marcus Welby (I guess that dates me :-)). His office staff and nurse are friendly and work hard to schedule 'emergency' appointment. The only reason I marked four stars instead of five, is Dr. Reed is the only doctor in the office and there is no PA. If he is booked or off for the day, there is no one else to schedule an appointment with. I highly recommend Dr. Reed.
