I'm from out of state and had to do a walk-in but had issues with my insurance. Kara at the front desk went out of her way to help me by calling my company to confirm the info they needed and explained everything I needed to do before being seen. She was very friendly and helpful. The NP I saw was also great and told me everything she was ordering and even asked me if there was anything else I thought she should consider which was very nice of her. I felt very welcomed here and actually seen and heard which I feel is rare as many places cycle people through quickly leaving them feeling disconnected from their healthcare. Thanks everyone!

Unprofessional front desk staff. The lady puts me on hold while I was talking to her about my comfort due to weather ( we had a blizzard) and I was trying to find a date that best fits me. Rudely enough she puts me on hold while I was talking and about to confirm days I was comfortable with driving. And she never came back!! I was on hold for about 3 mins or so with no warning. I thought what a way to say you really could care less and not want to talk to me or help me. Will not be switching here.

Since the practice owners decided to change their medical records system it takes 3 days for them to call you back to get help or care. I have never experienced that in my life. The standard of care has dropped significantly.

I have always had a great experience with this clinic and especially with Dr. Shinaut. He has always been very easy to talk to and answer any questions I have had. I really don't have many health issues and so my visits are usually quite short.

Shannon is the BEST provider you could ever ask for!! She is incredibly kind, warm, caring, and sympathetic. She takes time to listen and has impeccable bedside manner. I am extremely grateful to have found her. Also, every single person working in this practice is amazing, from the front desk reception to the medical assistants, nurses, and doctors. They are all extremely kind, friendly, competent, and hard-working! Wonderful practice!!
