Excellent customer service with full explanation of what they saw that needed repair after my car had been involved in an accident. Brent had so much patience with me for every question I had and answered each one of them. My car was repaired beautifully. It looked like it was taken right out of the showroom. I applaud everyone who worked on my car. I absolutely recommend Meticulous to anyone who needs their vehicles repaired and brought back to life. They have earned my trust and respect. They get 5 stars!

Very professional... I had a gentleman who was my direct line of contact, but unfortunately, he had to relocate. But Meticulous Auto Body picked up where he left off and contacted me to let me know someone else would be in charge of my contract moving forward. They detailed the inside and outside of my car and removed the fog from my headlights, which I was not expecting. Most definitely I would recommend. 300% better than Caliber Collisions which whom I have a deal in the past and had a bad experience with.

This is my second time going to this meticulous auto body shop. They have done an amazing job. My vehicle was ready on the day that they said it would be ready. The person that I spoke to about the parts understood my situation and tried to give me the best price. Which he did he let me see everything on his end and I truly appreciated that. Everyone there are nice people. And they're service is amazing.They was very understanding and very patient with me. When I picked up my vehicle.I couldn't believe it was actually mines.
