I always feel like I'm getting the best of care here. Sometimes there's a long wait, but I think that's because every patient is getting the attention they deserve. (And yesterday, I waited only a few minutes!) Absolutely trust Dr. Izzy and NP Nadia.

An exemplary visit! I was in the market for a PCP in my area with a stand alone clinic. During my “new patient” visit, Dr. Azubuike was very personable. He treated me as though we already had an established rapport while maintaining great professionalism. He took time to truly understand my clinical history. Once my physical was completed, we had a very thorough discussion about some of my health concerns; he listened attentively. He provided answers and suggestions accordingly. I appreciate him taking time to explain his reasonings without answers feeling rushed. I have had many doctors to show me their passionless practices. Dr. Azubuike is a rare unicorn in the medical field- he cares. I trust that I am in good hands and will now be referring my family to his clinic. Thank you Dr. Azubuike for restoring my trust in physicians!!

My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 a.m. I clearly stated the reason for my visit at the time of booking, and the appointment was confirmed without issue. I arrived at the lobby at 8:51 a.m. to complete paperwork, with three patients ahead of me. I turned in my paperwork at 9:02 a.m. and waited to be called. While waiting, I overheard two front desk staff members openly complaining about the doctor—specifically expressing frustration about being instructed to check the mail daily and collect copays before appointments rather than after. This conversation was unprofessional and concerning. By 9:32 a.m., everyone who had been in the lobby when I arrived had been taken back except me. When I checked with the front desk, I was told they were still attempting to verify my insurance. This was frustrating, as insurance information is typically collected and verified at the time of booking—especially for appointments scheduled in advance. I was finally called back at 9:41 a.m. The nurse took my vitals, medical history, and again asked the reason for my visit. At that point, she informed me that this office does not provide the service I was there for and that I would need to be seen by the other practice that shares the office space. Given the extended wait and the fact that I had clearly communicated my reason for the visit when scheduling, I declined to wait any longer for a separate practice. The nurse then told me to wait for the doctor. By 10:50 a.m., I still had not seen the doctor, nor had anyone checked on me. At that point, I left. Overall, this was a significant waste of time and could have been avoided with proper communication and basic appointment screening. I would not recommend this practice.

I have been knowing Doctor easy since 2006 he isy on gyn and delivered my son Jyki who is now 18 teen and in college and he is a awesome person and Doctor he is very caring knowledgeable very calm and understanding and he really cares about his patients well being him and his nurse practitioner are awesome but the front desks nurses are very scarred brain they can't even quote you the price for your service I went on Oct 26,2025 and when I got through the nurse I ask how much it was she said $ $120 but when I went to back to see the my nurse practitioner she told me my visit was $214 I didn't mine paying the money because my health is very important to me and my wealth and I want continue to be healthy but I also like for the front desk nurse to be straight forward and know what she is talking about when it cost to my office visit I was really upset about that because what if I didn't have that money that my visit really cost That mean I wouldn't be able to pay for my visit and see the doctor I just wish my good friend and Doctor Easy have a good talk with his front desk nurse so she will have a clear understanding of the cost of a visit and give her a price list so she can be knowledgeable of the cost of visiting the Doctor because she all over the place quoting wrong prices and that's not a good look for my Doctor office and I am going to have a talk with him when I visit again when I come back in two months I don't want that same misunderstanding to happen again because he is a awesome doctor the nurse practitioner the Nurse Practitioner was very professional, friendly, and attentive. She really took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel heard. I left feeling very satisfied with my visit. Would definitely return in the future. ❤️1 the nurse/ phlebotomist who did my blood work and another nurse who been with him for years all of them was awesome 👍🏾 😎 and they did there job but those nurses the one who call me to the back and took my vitals and the front desk nurse are all over the place and scattered brain and them being nurses they should have known better when I was talking to the nurse she same confused and not really knowledgeable and that made me really nervous I start to leave but I saw don't easy passing by and we talk a little and that calm my nervous down.

Great experience! I had called a little before 11pm to see if I could get in because I wasn’t feeling good. I got there around 11:12pm and they were still taking walk ins. It was my first time being in this office, the ladies at the front desk were very sweet and proactive. I think I waited maybe 20 mins and they took me back. The MA’s and the NP Ms. Nadia were great and listened to every one of my needs. The wait time for my test results took a bit longer that expected but other than that it was a nice and clean doctors office.
