I have a soft tissue injury that was causing tremendous pain. I haven’t had the best experiences with urgent care and was fully expecting to wait hours and leave without much help, but this place was great. I went on a Saturday and was seen promptly, Dr. Rashid listened carefully to what was wrong and also understood my concerns that certain medications would aggravate my other conditions. I was treated on site and with a pair of prescriptions, and these helped a great deal. I would definitely recommend this provider.

It was a horrible experience. I took my partner here because they had been unable to eat or drink anything for 3 days at the time, and had been vomitting incessantly. Although the check-in procedure was quick and efficient, the doctor barely spent any time with them. They verbally ordered a blood test that was never taken. They gave them medications without any real tests or assessments and gave a diagnosis off of little information. I think the doctor had preconceived notions about us and did not put in the effort to understand my partner’s symptoms. They said the issue was related to their consumption of alcohol, although that happened 4 days prior and they didn’t even ask how much they had consumed. They also barely monitored them. They were given an IV since they hadn’t been able to drink for days, but my partner began vomitting and experiencing intense pain and I had to go look for someone TWICE for help. Long story short, we had to go to the ER the next day because none of the medications they prescribed worked. It turned out that it was a chronic illness that hadn’t been diagnosed that we were able to catch early, but this would have been caught by this office had they even tried to do a blood test. The are probably fine for minor urgent health issues, but I wouldn’t trust them for anything other than maybe the flu or a sprained ankle.

For years, I’ve consistently had the same experience: • I book a time for an appointment • I’m called back 45-60min past the start of the appointment time • Nobody tells me how long my wait will be unless I ask • I’m waiting in the room for the provider for 20-30 minutes • I am told they will put in the order for my prescription • I have to call 3+ times to actually get the prescription order put in They are so disorganized. It’s difficult to see the point of even booking an appointment because who knows when you’ll be seen, and if you get a prescription, you’ll have to beg them to actually do the work of sending it to the pharmacy. The only real benefit is that you can be seen last minute.

Never had a bad experience here. Staff is friendly and I’ve always been satisfied with my level of care, especially with Hiyab Yohannes. Wait times can get long, but in my experience, it’s been when they’re clearly busy and/or seem shorter staffed. Nothing to hold against them nowadays. Just make sure you’re not going if you’re short on time and/or leave a good amount of time until your next obligation. Would definitely come back!

I had to be seen for a workers compensation follow up of an injured knee. I was able to be scheduled very quickly, and when I arrived; I was seen a little before my scheduled time. The doctor was friendly and explained to me exactly what was causing my pain as well as what would treat it. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had to call back today for further help with my claim, and they were more than willing to help. I feel like I was given great care. I would definitely recommend this provider.
