Beware of this company. We bought our house August 2025. During the purchase process the sellers hired this company to install a radon system. A sump pump was also installed but we found out today through this company that the sellers installed the sump pump himself while this company was in the house installing their radon system. Anyway, six months after purchasing our home the sump pump was not working properly and we noticed water pooling on top of the sealed lid to the crock and drips of water dripping from inside of the lid and the caulk from inside of the lid. Called this company to come in. Found out that the water pooling was from default in their craftsmanship. No big deal, easy fix and should be covered under their lifetime warranty for their work. Then they tell us the pump needs to be replaced. Our options are A: pay $200 trip charge and they will only charge us $400 to replace the pump (Menards sells the exact pump for $130) or B: they wave $200 trip charge and they charge me nearly $800 to replace the pump. I told them I had a 3rd option for them which was C: I pay them no trip charge since they have faulty craftsmanship which is covered for them to make a trip here so they can fix their mistake and just leave with absolutely no payment from me at all. Which is exactly what we did. Also would like to point out, sump pump did not need to be replaced. It just needed a new float switch which is a $30 part. I’m confident this company is not that incompetent, they are just con artists.

Spencer and Juan did an excellent job. Both men were professional and worked efficiently. When they finished the work everything was cleaned up and you wouldn’t know anyone had been working in that area. It’s nice to see people who have great work ethic and attitude! Jon Gumina

Awesome first experience with Lifetime Home Services. Nate and Garvieon did an excellent job cleaning the dryer venting in my home. They were polite, friendly, and efficient. Before they left they showed me photos of the completed job and made sure I was happy with the work. Lifetime Home Services definitely puts the customer first. I highly recommend.

We initially used Lifetime for Radon mitigation. The price was fair and Aaron was very responsive. We were able to set up an appointment quickly. Aaron worked with our condo board to make sure the plan was good and that the routing of the vent pipe was appropriate. Once Spencer arrived on site, he was thorough, the job was well done and he cleaned up after himself. The electrician that came out, Dan was also very good. Job was done quickly. We were so satisfied, that we asked Dan about hanging some ceiling fans and lights for us. Fans and lights that were 12-16 feet high, too high for me to want to do. He gave me a ballpark price that was reasonable for doing 2 lights. We ended up needing 4 replaced that I could not get to. Once we got the lights, I called Lifetime back and Aaron scheduled Dan just a few days later. The price we got was very reasonable and we are very happy with the work. So happy, that we are sharing with our HOA, the work that Lifetime did for us and we expect several owners to go to Lifetime for Radon mitigation. We will have them back for things we cannot do around the house and I would recommend them to anyone that needs their services.

We couldn’t be happier with the finished product of our garage floors from Lifetime Home Services! We had an excellent experience. The team of two that worked on our garage floor was professional, extremely courteous, experienced, well organized, and hard workers! Communication from the office was excellent! We received reminders one week and one day before our service was to be done. The floor is so beautiful, my husband wants to hang a TV, add a couch, and make it a rec space!
