I couldn’t be happier with this lawn mowing service. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to detail. The grass was evenly cut, the edges were clean, and all clippings were cleared away. They were professional, friendly, and respectful of the property. My yard looks neat and well-maintained, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

I spoke with a lady and she didn’t sound like she was from our country. Her English was very broken, which is OK but it seemed kind of weird because it sounded like I was talking to somebody from call center in a different country. I got set up on the app and was messaged by a guy named Josh saying he would come out to my property and I messaged him back asking what time. I never got a response and I messaged him back again and he still didn’t respond back. I called the number that was sent to me via text and they had no record of me having an account. When I tried to login to my website, it said there was an error. I now have to cancel my debit card And I will tell everyone to stay clear of this company because they are shady.

Josh always does a good job. He's fast and efficient. Very reliable, always arrives as indicated. I have a dog and he is careful to close and latch the privacy fence gate. Everything is nice and neat when he leaves. So glad I don't have to worry about the yard when he's here. He makes my scruffy, old yard look so much better!

Update: I went back to them, like an idiot, and now I am left paying for clean up services after their mower cut branches off of multiple trees. Customer service is worse because they have been closing the case without communication. I spent 2 months fighting to have the branches removed from my property. Customer service doesn’t care about you and they haven’t changed. Be prepared for crews that lie and customer service that will do nothing to fix the problem. I’m currently attempting to get their customer service to acknowledge that I was quoted for 12” and above grass which was $150 added cost to my lawn service (so $200 total). The customer service agents don’t seem to know their own policies, like the fact that they have two different types of long grass policies or the fact customers have the ability to dispute quotes. I was told it was my fault and there is nothing they can do. Crews will lie so much and the customer “support” teams are absolutely useless and have the audacity to say they can’t do anything. By the way, my lawn is under 1000sf and I am charged $47 for a bi-weekly mow or $44 for a weekly mow. I’ve been charged $75 for trim 3 bushes that I trimmed the year prior. The best part of all of this was the crew was trying to claim my grass was over 12 inches after a bi-weekly mow they did. The support team had the audacity to claim my lawn was 13-18” after wards. Save your money.
