I initially began care at this practice after being told the provider was in-network with my insurance (it was also listed as in-network through my insurance portal). After 3–4 visits, I was suddenly informed that the provider was no longer in-network. I was told the office would “take care of it” and follow up, but I never received clarification and had to call back a week later to get answers. I was informed that while they would cover the most recent visit, I could no longer continue medical care at the practice due to insurance issues — yet I was still encouraged to proceed with cosmetic treatments (microneedling with PRP at $500 per session). There was no clear transition-of-care plan, no discussion about how I would continue receiving my prescriptions (including spironolactone), and no follow-up regarding lab results from hormone testing (four tubes of blood were drawn). I still have not received those results. Additionally, my experience with staff was disappointing. During my blood draw, the phlebotomist was not professional in her communication and repeatedly raised her voice at me regarding keeping my arm straight, despite my explaining that I am double-jointed. I have had many lab draws before and have never been spoken to in that manner. Even small interactions — including with the parking attendant — felt unnecessarily confrontational. Overall, I left feeling like a number rather than a patient. I was willing to invest in treatment, but patient care and communication matter. I ultimately decided to seek care elsewhere. I hope the practice improves its communication, follow-up, and patient experience moving forward.

My Allergy Shot Technician is so very gentle in giving the shots. I love her pleasant bedside manner! The Receptionist got me in at the last minute because I was in the area! I love the girls in the back office, they are so welcoming every time I come in! And, Dr. Kohli and Alysa are Brilliant! Amen 💕💕💕

Alysa is just the smartest quickest and kindest PA that I have ever had and I am thrilled to have her help me. The Darling!!! girl on the Front Desk is really sweet too very thoughtful. Very kind. I think her name is Jazmin. New location is very nice too. It’s bigger and everybody spread out a little bit more so I think that’s gonna be very successful for the whole group -great place -highly recommend.

Dr. Kohli has been my PCP for the last 5 years. I had many unresolved issues that previous doctors failed to address, but with his advanced training, Dr. Kohli was able to methodically treat them one by one. Some of his Eastern medicine training was essential in some of my treatments. He has completely changed my quality of life. Since then, my wife and my two children have transferred to his care. I highly recommend Dr. Kohli!

This team is great! Dr. Kohli made me feel absolutely comfortable and for the first time I felt heard during a pcp visit. His staff was great, fun, and really made the experience 10/10. So happy I scheduled and happy I found Dr. Kohli!
