Took my car here after I was rear ended, Bob was really helpful walked through the repair gave me a quote that my Insurance reviewed and were happy to accept. Work was carried out on schedule, and on inspection I saw they had missed replacing a component Bob accepted the mistake quickly and had it rectified quickly. Great service, would highly recommend the team at Kraft.

Kraft does quality work! They are honest and fair. They fixed my front bumper twice (1st time a shredded truck tire hit my van, and a week later, a few days before my appointment, a groundhog decided to calmly walk onto 270. 2nd time, about 2 years later, a large, orange barrel construction cone came flying sideways down 270 and struck the same spot *face palm*). Both times they fixed up 'ol Roxanne and cleaned her up real nice. Replacement bumper both times looked great, as if nothing happened, nothing askew or off-color. They also work in conjunction with a nearby Enterprise Rent-a-Car, and I was able to drop off my rental in Kraft's lot and drive away in my van, which was UBER helpful and time-saving. So glad I found them!

Krafts is an amazing mom-and-pop shop. Honestly and excellently priced. Quoted me 1/2 what other shops quoted and walked me through the process. They accommodated my vacation schedule and finished the car despite the work taking place over holidays. They also gave the car a full detail interior and exterior upon return which was a welcome surprise. Additionally, they checked the exhaust system for issues when I voiced concerns for no extra cost. I could not rate this place highly enough as the work was seamless and very reasonably priced. 5/5 from me.

Krafts did an amazing job! The repair work looks perfect, and I was impressed that they cleaned both the interior and exterior before I picked it up. They also work with Enterprise, so I was able to leave my rental car right there, which made everything super convenient. Great service from start to finish. They also have a great record with the BBB.

Unfortunately my son hit a deer in his brand new 2025 Honda and Kraft came highly recommended by a family member. We received amazing customer service from the first phone call all the way through to the completed repairs. Not only did they do amazing work on the car, bringing it back to show room quality, but they completely detailed the car inside and out! It’s so refreshing to work with a family owned business that definitely takes pride in the services they provide. We will always refer our friends and family to this quality business.
