Mag renovated my closet space that was torn apart by mould mediators. he installed drywall and finished it added some framing, an installed closet system with doors. My space looks great. I’m very impressed with professionalism and communication through out the whole process. I will definitely call them back for my bathroom plumbing and garage electrical issues I have.

I had a great experience with Mag from Kaspian Home Services for some work I needed completed on my place. He's friendly, professional and knows what he's doing. I needed to fix up my not-so-good condition laundry closet before upgrading the old washer and dryer, mount a new TV with in-wall cable concealment, and replace some electrical outlets. Kaspian Home Services was one of the highly rated small businesses I found on Google and Mag got back to me quickly and did a free in-home inspection where he answered all my questions and inspected things more closely to provide a quote. After some more communication, we finalized the scope of work and final quote and he quickly got to work. Mag helped move the existing washer & dryer out of the way, fixed up moisture damage + cracks on the back wall, scraped off damaged paint then sanded and repainted the walls. He also, cleaned the dryer lint off the floor and replaced the poorly installed door threshold panel with a more durable aluminum one. Mag also expertly mounted my new TV and set up in-wall cable concealment using the mount, power kit, and cables I provided. He made sure to confirm the positioning and explain how he was going to mount the TV on the studs and set up the cable kit. He also did a great job of replacing a couple electrical outlets and adding some missing grounding. I highly recommend Mag and Kaspian Home Services. I found Kaspian Home Services through a simple Google search. Based on the excellent reviews, I decided to contact them to see if someone could stop by, evaluate the scope of work, and provide a quote. When I called Mag and explained what I needed, he visited my place the same day and later provided a detailed, fair quote. After reviewing it—and seeing his willingness to be flexible—I decided to move forward with him. Mag painted a large portion of my unit. He accompanied me to Home Depot to purchase paint and offered valuable advice on choosing the right type and sheen based on his experience, ensuring durability and a more inviting look for my home. He replaced many electrical outlets and installed new switches. Neither of us knew beforehand that the existing outlets lacked proper framing, which made the job more complicated. Mag handled the issue patiently and completed the work as promised. He installed a new over-the-range microwave, first removing the old hood and then finding a clever way to mount the microwave without affecting the kitchen’s aesthetics or cabinet structure. He also replaced my kitchen sink and installed a new faucet, working carefully around the existing garbage disposal. His attention to detail was exceptional. Mag removed the old kitchen lights and installed new LED fixtures, which made the entire kitchen noticeably brighter. In addition, he installed three new interior doors. Even though we kept the existing frames—which were not perfectly aligned—he patiently adjusted the doors to ensure a proper fit, then painted them professionally and installed new handles. He also installed two ceiling lights and a light in my walk-in closet. Mag’s service truly deserves five stars. He demonstrated professionalism, clear communication, excellent workmanship, and—most importantly—responsiveness in addressing my questions and concerns. I would absolutely hire him again for future projects, and I will gladly recommend him to friends.
