I am happy and content with my Doctor (Dr Batugal) he explained to me the result of my lab worlk. What I should do to bring back my A1C level to normal range. He listened to my complains. The whole staff are very nice and kind. The office is clean and bright.

The staff at this facility are very knowledgeable, professional & friendly. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes for anything. They are also very thorough. I love that everyone communicates everything so well and that they don’t hesitate to call me back if there is any question or results. The doctor takes care of all my problems, questions immediately. I don’t have to reschedule for each problem.

As always. Dr. BATUGAL and staff give excellent care to his patients. Great attitude and compassion. My husband and myself have been Dr.Batugal patient for a good 15 years. Can't say enough. Just grateful for his service and care !

I absolutely appreciate Dr. Batugal’s professionalism and kind bedside manner. I’ve never had such an awesome Doctor who truly cares. Office staff is always courteous and professional as well. I recommend this office often.

Dr. Batugal and the entire office are very nice, welcoming, and respectful. It is rare to find doctors who actually take their time listening to you and explaining things to us. He is so patient and friendly. Highly recommend.
