I just let you know that your clerks I mean, one guy who always answer me very rude and no one to listen what I talking and also they dont very care about patient when patient has some test like my husband have ultrasound or blood test. They never call back to say results and what he have to do. I am one who always have to call and ask after ultrasound almost 3 weeks nobody called to tell him what’s going on. I think this is less Care.

Dear Clinic Manager / Office Administrator, I am writing to share a concern regarding my recent visit to your urgent care clinic on 389 s 900 e in Salt Lake City on Sunday Jan 28th at 3:41pm, specifically related to the front desk experience. When I arrived, (Urgent care) the receptionist was actively using her personal cell phone while assisting patients. Throughout our interaction, she appeared distracted, had AirPods in and did not make eye contact, she communicated in a condescending manner when discussing my insurance coverage. I was told that my insurance was no longer accepted, which was surprising, as I have been a patient at this clinic previously using the same insurance without issue. More importantly, I found the use of a personal cell phone during patient check-in to be inappropriate and concerning. Front desk staff routinely handle sensitive personal and insurance information, and personal phone use during these interactions raises legitimate concerns regarding professionalism, focus, and patient privacy. I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed appropriately. I value this clinic and have had positive experiences in the past, which is why this interaction stood out. I hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future patients. Thank you for your time and attention.

I want to thank the receptionist because when I got home I realized I'd lost my keys. The next day I went back and explained everything, and he kindly smiled, opened a drawer, and without even looking, took out my keys. Thank you so much!

Just got off the phone with I believe was someone named Kathy, she was the most rude person ive ever spoken to regarding healthcare. I’ve been waiting 10 days for this phone call, she cut me off several times and got upset at me for thinking it is a complicated process. I wish someone could go back and review this phone call to see just how unprofessional this was. October 15th at 9:55am if that helps. She hung up on me mid sentence too.

It has been really frustrating as a patient here. It is almost impossible to actually talk to someone over the phone. HUGE wait times and mostly interacting with recorded operators. I had to switch from U of U because my insurance changed, and it has been such a hassle just to see a primary care provider. Whenever I need to see my doctor, they just encourage me to go to urgent care, which is an extra cost. Leaning a little too heavily into automated systems, in my opinion - losing touch with their patients' preferences and needs.
