Intermountain Health Rainbow Clinic - Primary Care

I made an appointment with this location’s call center unfortunately I am never provided a direct number to this location in order to confirm my appointment. The call center confirmed an appointment for today now at the front desk Taylor and the rest of the staff are unhelpful and rude. I thought on my last appointment that Taylor may have been having a bad day but she is just an unhelpful employee. I called the call center again Summer found an appointment still I am waiting with blood clots on my lungs. This is so disappointing this is unprofessional. I cannot recommend Erin to anyone due to her staff.

Edit: called the phone number given for the clinical relations team and never revieved a call back, solidifying they do not care about their patients. Very disappointed on how quality of service has gone so severely down. I only stay here for Dr Miyashiro at this point. The manager doesnt care to hear concerns, as ive been left in a room over 30m waiting for him just to have him leave without acknowledging me. This has happened 3 times now with serious concerns regarding lack of care or medical neglect from their providers. My husband was left in a room alone for 25 minutes and came out to the clinic CLOSED. Doors locked and lights off. Youre lucky we havent reported to the state board.

This review is on behalf of my mother Dr. Son Bui with Intermountain Health Partners has been my primary care provider for over ten years, and I truly cannot say enough good things about him. He has always taken exceptional care of both myself and my daughter, addressing all of our medical needs with professionalism, patience, and genuine compassion. At my most recent visit last week, I came in due to a swollen and painful toe that had left me limping for a couple of days. Dr. Bui took swift action, thoroughly examined my toe, and made sure there were no internal or lasting injuries. Thankfully, it was only swelling that resolved on its own, and I felt completely reassured after my visit. I would also like to recognize the amazing staff. Although Vanessa, who is usually at the front desk, was out on vacation, the young woman covering for her was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming, with such positive energy. Additionally, Tia, Dr. Bui’s assistant, deserves special acknowledgment. She always brings me back and checks me in, and she is consistently friendly, professional, and enjoyable to interact with at every visit. Intermountain Health truly has an outstanding team, and I am so grateful that I chose them as my primary care providers. I highly recommend Dr. Bui and his entire staff to anyone looking for excellent, compassionate healthcare.

I was left in the room and the clinic staff left for the day. I wish this was a joke. I was told to stay in the room and the nurse would check me out. 15 minutes later I open the door and most of the lights are off and no one responds when I shout "hello?" This is after the the staff lied to me about sending in a refill weeks prior. Management wont call you back when you leave a message to complain either. Avoid.

I went to the health fair on 11/15/2025. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. They had tables set up where staff gives you information like health classes, and social services. I got my annual health assessment, blood pressure, blood work and eye exam. Thank you Intermountain Health on Rainbow for the fun Saturday appointment!
